With billions of apps being downloaded from the Apple and Google apps stores one might often wonder which one - Apple or Google is generating more revenue !! Here’s an interesting infographic by App annie which shows that Apple iOS accounts for 71% of the worldwide app revenue. 25% of the iOS’s total revenue is generated by China and Japan. If we look at global app revenue, U.S, U.K. and Japan together generate more revenue than the rest of the world put together.
