Under the new structure, Gulshan Verma, former Managing Director for Komli Media India and North America business, has been promoted to the role of Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and will be responsible for all of Komli’s business P&L. Prior to this role, Gulshan Verma has served Komli Media for over 2 years as its Vice President and Country Head for India & North America. With over 14 years of relevant industry experience, Gulshan has a proven track record of being an outstanding leader in digital media for the last decade across multiple countries.
This new CRO Organization will consist of all the regional and business Managing Directors across Komli Media worldwide. Additionally, Akshay Garg, co-founder of Komli Media and Managing Director for Southeast Asia (SEA), will be taking on a new role heading Strategy and Business Operations across Komli globally. They will both report to Prashant Mehta, CEO, Komli Media. The newly created CRO Organization will focus on addressing the marketer’s need for integrated media solutions including those leveraging Komli’s proprietary ATOM real-time bidding and mobile platforms.
The CRO Organization will have several new additions. Mathew Ward has been promoted to Managing Director, Komli Media SEA and Pritesh Patel to Managing Director, Komli Media India & Middle East. In addition, Matt Sutton has been promoted to Managing Director, Komli Engage(International) and Komli Play. Matt will be responsible for Komli Media’s Social and Video solutions across all markets. Finally, Varsha Brajesh is being promoted to Director, Data & Analytics. All of them will join Komli Mobile Vice President and Managing Director Amit Bhartiya and Komli Media Australia and New Zealand Managing Director Andrew Reid in the CRO Organization.
