Popular baby care products site has acquired for an undisclosed sum. The traffic on the kids wear ecommerce firm,, has been redirected to acquisition, HushBabies will work to develop private labels and scale up its product portfolio offering.  Following this acquisition, Mohit Yadav and Rahul Yadav, founders of, have joined as business leaders.

Mohit Yadav, Founder – said, “We have a fair bit of experience in private labels because of one of our previous venture, so we can add lot of value for that. There is also a bit of overlapping in the TG of Hushbabies and Mangostreet and I considered taking this forward with them.”

Sridhar Seshadri, CEO, said,” E-commerce has picked up significantly. While our core business comes from key Indian cities, big growth is being seen in smaller towns and cities.”

Hushbabies’ targets parents and parents-to-be, and offers products ranging from baby care items to toys and clothes. At present, it has 15,000 stock keeping units (SKUs) on sale, up from 3,000 SKUs six months ago.
